Pre-order timing

The Ralph Tee is made to order. Production begins after the order window closes, and every customer receives the production and shipping timeline by email as soon as it is set. If the schedule changes, we email the updated timing and available options.

Destinations and rates

Available shipping countries and exact rates are shown at checkout. Duties or import taxes for international orders may be charged by your local carrier and are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking hasn’t moved for more than a reasonable period, contact us and we’ll chase it down or make it right.
