Pre-orders

Items sold as pre-orders are produced after the order window closes. Shipping dates shown are estimates, not guarantees. If timing changes materially, we notify you by email with your options, including cancellation for a full refund where required.

Orders and payment

Payment is collected at the time of order via Stripe. We may cancel and refund orders we cannot fulfill (for example, payment issues or shipping restrictions).

Pricing and errors

Prices are shown at checkout in the store currency. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected; affected orders are refunded in full.

Intellectual property

Ralph, the frog wordmark, and all artwork on this site are original works and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
